Your User and Password are each 5 characters. Press the plus or minus boxes to advance or reverse the numbers, letters and special characters until you see the character you want in the blue or red box; then click the blue or red box to add that character to your User or Passwood. The ⌫ character is used to erase any unwanted characters. Once your User and Password are entered, click Submit.
